Gecko Travel Recruitment are working exclusively with a unique and growing travel company based in West Sussex. Known for delivering exceptional service and bespoke tours, they are now seeking a Tour Coordinator to join their friendly and passionate team.
The Role:
As Tour Coordinator, you'll manage the full tour lifecycle from confirmation through to post-tour feedback. You'll ensure every journey is delivered smoothly, accurately, and with a strong focus on service and you'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to create seamless experiences for clients.
You Will Have:
- A genuine passion for the travel and tourism industry (essential)
- Interest in ski (advantageous)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond
- A confident telephone manner and fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
