Senior PPC Manager | London/Hybrid/Remote | Salary £50-55K
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a growing and dynamic travel business who are recruiting a Senior PPC Manager to join their digital marketing team.
The Role:
As Senior PPC Manager you will take ownership of paid search activity across multiple brands, managing and optimising campaigns directly within Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive performance, lead generation and digital growth. This is a hands-on PPC position focused across Search, Demand Gen and PMAX campaigns, requiring someone who has personally built and managed campaigns rather than overseeing external agencies or wider marketing teams.
You Will Have:
• Minimum 4 years' hands-on PPC management experience
• Strong experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns directly
• Experience across PPC Search, PMAX and Demand Gen campaigns
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with budget management and forecasting experience
• Experience using GA4 and Looker Studio
• Ability to build, launch, optimise and scale campaigns independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agency or in-house background considered

Senior Tour Organiser | Hybrid | London | Salary up to £40K DOE
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a well-established, award-winning travel business who are recruiting a Senior Tour Organiser to join their tours team.
The Role:
As Senior Tour Organiser, you will take ownership of end to end tour delivery, managing bespoke European cultural itineraries from initial enquiry through to final on-the-ground execution for a range of international client groups, while working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders. The role also includes tour leading, full financial responsibility for your programmes, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout.
You Will Have:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in organising special interest / cultural tours to Europe
• Strong background in tour operations and/or tour leading
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex itineraries
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, including experience with US clients
• Experience working with European suppliers and ground agents
• Working knowledge of at least one European language
• Art History background and/or strong interest in gardens

The Role:
As Sales Coordinator, you will support and coordinate a small team of Sales Consultants while driving your own sales performance, managing customer enquiries, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and ensuring high levels of customer service and conversion. A passion for ski or winter sports is essential to be considered for this role.
You Will Have:
