Client Experience Delivery Team Executive | Hybrid | Gloucestershire | £30-35K OTE Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning tailor-made travel company who are recruiting a Client Experience Delivery Team Executive to join their team. The Role: As Client Experience Delivery Team Executive you will support the operational delivery of tailor-made travel itineraries from booking through to departure. Working closely with Destination Managers and suppliers, you will ensure confirmations are accurate, flights are managed, client documentation is prepared, and all booking administration is handled efficiently. You Will Have: • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple booking files at different stages of the delivery process • A strong eye for detail and a process-driven approach to ensuring bookings are delivered accurately • Experience working with flight itineraries, airline routing, fares and policies, including multi-sector journeys and schedule changes • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to finding solutions • Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers • Comfortable working across multiple technology platforms including reservations systems and supplier booking tools • A personable and collaborative approach, with the ability to support colleagues across the wider team Additional Info: • Salary £25,000-£30,000 basic plus quarterly bonus (OTE £30,000-£35,000) • Full-time permanent role • Based in Gloucestershire with hybrid/remote working possible • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising by one day per year of service up to 25 days, plus your birthday off • Excellent company benefits • Familiarisation trips and travel opportunities • Company pension matched at 5% and top-up healthcare including GP and counselling services • Inclusion in the out-of-hours duty phone rota approximately three times per year Apply with your CV quoting GTR1840 or visit: www.
