Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to working with our Tour Operator client who are looking to hire a Guest Services Executive to join their team. As a Guest Services Executive you will be responsible for effectively communicating and delivering exceptional customer service to their customers through various channels (phone, email, social media), servicing pre and post departure enquiries. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office a week and the rest working from home. The role: Handling customer service enquiries, ensuring the customer has a good experience receiving the best customer service.
