The Role:
As Luxury Travel Concierge, you will take ownership of the guest experience once the booking has been confirmed, you'll create personalised itineraries, coordinate multiple elements of each stay and handle any special requests along the way, ensuring clients receive a seamless and highly personalised service. The role will also involve researching new experiences and suppliers across the company's international destinations and keeping up to date with the best local recommendations.
You Will Have:
• Experience within luxury travel, concierge or high-end guest experience• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail• A naturally service-led approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences• Confidence dealing with HNW individuals, VIP clients, luxury travel agents and international suppliers• Calm, composed and solutions-focused under pressure• Experience within luxury villa rentals is advantageous

Senior Tour Organiser | Hybrid | London | Salary up to £40,000 DOE
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a well-established, award-winning travel business who are recruiting a Senior Tour Organiser to join their tours team.
The Role:
As Senior Tour Organiser, you will take ownership of end to end tour delivery, managing bespoke European cultural itineraries from initial enquiry through to final on-the-ground execution for a range of international client groups, while working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders. The role also includes tour leading, full financial responsibility for your programmes, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout.
You Will Have:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in organising special interest / cultural tours to Europe• Strong background in tour operations and/or tour leading• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex itineraries• Strong communication and client-facing skills, including experience with US clients• Experience working with European suppliers and ground agents• Working knowledge of at least one European language• Art History background and/or strong interest in gardens
