Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a well-established, award-winning travel business who are recruiting a Senior Tour Organiser to join their tours team.
The Role:
As Senior Tour Organiser, you will take ownership of end to end tour delivery, managing bespoke European cultural itineraries from initial enquiry through to final on-the-ground execution for a range of international client groups, while working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders. The role also includes tour leading, full financial responsibility for your programmes, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout.
You Will Have:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in organising special interest / cultural tours to Europe
• Strong background in tour operations and/or tour leading
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex itineraries
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, including experience with US clients
• Experience working with European suppliers and ground agents
• Working knowledge of at least one European language
• Art History background and/or strong interest in gardens

The Role:
As Sales Coordinator, you will support and coordinate a small team of Sales Consultants while driving your own sales performance, managing customer enquiries, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and ensuring high levels of customer service and conversion. A passion for ski or winter sports is essential to be considered for this role.
You Will Have:
• Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment (inbound and outbound)• Passion for ski/winter sports (essential) • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail• Confident communication skills with the ability to support and motivate others• Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset• Ability to manage workload and prioritise in a fast-paced environment• Competence with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability

Inbound Senior Business Development Executive | London | £35-39K DOE
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading and dynamic DMC, part of a well-established travel group, who are recruiting a Inbound Senior Business Development Executive to join their London team.
The Role:
As Inbound Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering competitive group quotations for travel across Scotland and Ireland, while building strong relationships through networking and outreach and converting new leads. You will also ensure all client requirements are met with high-quality, commercially competitive proposals, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to support the successful delivery and handover of confirmed bookings.
You Will Have:
• Minimum 3 years' experience within a UK & Ireland inbound tour operator (groups focus)• Proven experience in preparing quotes and managing group bookings• Strong knowledge of UK destinations and current market rates• Fluency in English plus one European language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail• Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach• Experience with Tourplan is advantageous
Additional Info:
