The Role: As Digital Marketing Executive, you supporting the Head of Digital across SEO, website management and digital reporting. This will involve weekly performance checks using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console and Otterly AI, keyword tracking & research, website optimisation and maintenance across two WordPress sites, coordinating with developers on fixes and larger CRO, user experience, and building automated reporting dashboards in Google Suite (Looker, GA4 & Google sheets). Head of Sales & Operations | Hybrid | London | £50-60K + Bonus Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an ambitious and growing travel business who are recruiting a Head of Sales & Operations to join their team, with a strong expectation that the successful person will grow into the second most senior person in the business. The Role: As Head of Sales & Operations, you will manage the sales and customer service team, working closely with the Customer Operations Manager and taking responsibility for how the team performs. You will use sales figures and customer feedback to spot what is working and what needs improving, help increase bookings and booking values, make sure customers have a great experience from enquiry to booking, and work closely with the CEO as the business grows.
