The Role

This includes supplier management, booking administration, and being the customer's main point of contact throughout the booking process.

The Role:
As Operations Lead (Technical), you will oversee the day-to-day partnerships operations function, ensuring hotel and travel products are accurately configured across internal systems and distribution channels, while leading a small specialist team and working closely with commercial and technology stakeholders. This full-time, office-based role (with the option to work from home on Mondays or Fridays) offers an experienced travel operations professional the opportunity to take ownership of partner operations, onboarding, systems and process improvement within a fast-growing luxury travel environment.
You Will Have:
Previous experience within travel operations, hotel distribution, partnerships or product operations
Strong knowledge of GDS and hotel connectivity platforms Amadeus and Synxis
Experience leading, mentoring or managing a small team
Excellent analytical and organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
Confidence working across multiple systems and using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

The Role:
As Senior Tour Organiser, you will take ownership of end to end tour delivery, managing bespoke European cultural itineraries from initial enquiry through to final on-the-ground execution for a range of international client groups, while working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders. The role also includes tour leading, full financial responsibility for your programmes, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout.
You Will Have:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in organising special interest / cultural tours to Europe• Strong background in tour operations and/or tour leading• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex itineraries• Strong communication and client-facing skills, including experience with US clients• Experience working with European suppliers and ground agents• Working knowledge of at least one European language• Art History background and/or strong interest in gardens
