The Role:

This is a fast-paced, client-facing sales role combining luxury travel expertise with strong commercial focus and conversion targets.
You Will Have:
• Strong personal ski experience (ideally including at least one season working in resort)• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly• A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach• Strong commercial awareness with a desire to achieve targets• Confidence managing multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment• Good IT and administration skills• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential

The Role:
As Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering competitive group quotations for travel across Scotland and Ireland, proactively developing leads through networking and outreach while ensuring client requirements are translated into high-quality, commercially competitive proposals. You will also work closely with internal operations teams and suppliers to ensure a smooth handover and successful delivery of confirmed bookings.
You Will Have:
• Fluency in English and German (essential)
• Minimum 3 years' experience working for a UK & Ireland inbound tour operator in group operations or groups sales
• Proven experience preparing quotes and operating groups
• Strong knowledge of UK destinations and current market rates
• Experience with Tourplan would be advantageous
• A third language such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, or Italian would be advantageous
