Operations Lead (Technical) | London | Office Based | Salary £55-70,000 (depending on experience) Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading luxury travel business who are recruiting an Operations Lead (Technical) to join their London team The Role: As Operations Lead (Technical), you will oversee the day-to-day partnerships operations function, ensuring hotel and travel products are accurately configured across internal systems and distribution channels, while leading a small specialist team and working closely with commercial and technology stakeholders. This full-time, office-based role (with the option to work from home on Mondays or Fridays) offers an experienced travel operations professional the opportunity to take ownership of partner operations, onboarding, systems and process improvement within a fast-growing luxury travel environment. The Role: As Senior Tour Organiser, you will take ownership of end to end tour delivery, managing bespoke European cultural itineraries from initial enquiry through to final on-the-ground execution for a range of international client groups, while working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders.
