Reservations Support Specialist | Hybrid | Surrey | £32k - £34k Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company who are recruiting a Reservations Support Specialist to join their team. The Role: As Reservations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers and travel agency partners with post booking enquiries. Being the point of contact for any changes that may be needed on a booking, to communicate any schedule changes, preparing travel documentation, and supporting group charter reservations. In addition to this, you'll also cover sales from time to time, supporting the sales team during busy periods.
