The Role: As People & Culture Executive, you will support the Senior People Manager in delivering an excellent employee experience across the business. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, wellbeing and employee engagement, while helping to maintain effective People policies, procedures and systems. This is a varied and people-focused role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about workplace culture and employee development.
