The Role: As Travel Documentation Executive you will be supporting the delivery of bespoke holidays and ensuring that every client's travel documentation is accurate, complete and delivered seamlessly. This includes generating airline e-tickets, constructing pre-departure letters, uploading final documentation to the app, printing and packaging documents where needed, sending pre-departure gifts, and dispatching tickets and documentation. Client Services Executive | Hybrid | Gloucestershire | £30-35K OTE Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning tailor-made travel company who are recruiting a Client Services Executive to join their team. The Role: As Client Services Executive you will support the operational delivery of tailor-made travel itineraries from booking through to departure. Working closely with Destination Managers and suppliers, you will ensure confirmations are accurate, flights are managed, client documentation is prepared, and all booking administration is handled efficiently.
