The Role: As Operations Manager, you will lead, manage and develop a team of Senior Delivery Executives, overseeing operational performance, workload and resource planning. You will ensure consistently high standards of customer service and operational delivery, while supporting with complex customer issues and driving improvements across the Delivery function. The Role: As Senior Tour Organiser, you will take ownership of end to end tour delivery, managing bespoke European cultural itineraries from initial enquiry through to final on-the-ground execution for a range of international client groups, while working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders.
