The Role:

You Will Have:
Previous travel sales experience (essential)
Strong Galileo GDS experience

The Role:

This will involve weekly performance checks using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console and Otterly AI, keyword tracking & research, website optimisation and maintenance across two WordPress sites, coordinating with developers on fixes and larger CRO, user experience, and building automated reporting dashboards in Google Suite (Looker, GA4 & Google sheets).
You Will Have:

The Role:
As Head of Sales & Operations, you will manage the sales and customer service team, working closely with the Customer Operations Manager and taking responsibility for how the team performs. You will use sales figures and customer feedback to spot what is working and what needs improving, help increase bookings and booking values, make sure customers have a great experience from enquiry to booking, and work closely with the CEO as the business grows.
You Will Have:
• Proven experience managing a team, ideally including experience of managing or developing another manager
