The Role:
As Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for handling all pre- and post-cruise inquiries and correspondence from guests via telephone, email, or letter. Minimum 12 months experience working in a Guest Service role within the travel industry is essential to be considered for this role.

The Role:
As Sales Executive, you will focus on growing the property portfolio across new markets by identifying new opportunities, engaging property owners, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach through to close. You Will Have:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, particularly in phone-based roles
