Latin America Travel Consultant (GTR1814)

Latin America Travel Consultant | Hybrid or Remote | London | £30-40,000 plus commission

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a luxury tour operator who are recruiting an Latin America Travel Consultant to join their team based in South West London .

The Role:

As Latin America Travel Consultant, you will handle inbound enquiries, design bespoke long-haul itineraries, and provide expert destination guidance for Latin America. You will take ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to post-booking care, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also includes supporting the growth of emerging destinations, contributing to product development discussions, collaborating with internal teams, and attending relevant supplier events and training sessions to stay up to date with market developments.

You Will Have:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a tailor-made travel sales role
• First-hand travel experience of selling or travelling to Central and South America
• Proven sales ability with excellent communication skills
• Genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
• Organised, proactive, and positive approach
• Opportunity to support and mentor junior team members
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and CRM systems

Additional Info:

• Generous basic salary of £30-40,000 (depending on experience) plus team and individual commission
• Hybrid working model (3 days in the office in South West London and 2 days working from home)
