Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading Travel Business. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow inbound group travel to the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics from the LATAM market.
The Role:
You'll develop new business opportunities across the Latam market, targeting leisure, student, and religious group travel. Responsibilities include building a strong client base, preparing tailored proposals, managing the full sales cycle, and representing the company at trade events.
You Will Have:
• Sales and business development experience in travel
• Strong commercial acumen and client-handling skills
• Experience with group travel to the UK, Ireland, or Nordics
• Full sales cycle management skills
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office
• Self-starter mindset and remote work discipline
• Portuguese fluency; additional languages a plus

• Fully remote, Based in Brazil
• Salary $90,000
