Business Development Manager - North America (GTR1729)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading Travel Business who are seeking a Business Development Manager.  This role will be based in North America and grow inbound group travel to the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.

The Role:

You'll drive sales growth across North America, focusing on religious, student, and leisure group travel. You'll manage client relationships, develop tailored proposals, attend trade shows, and deliver competitive, profitable itineraries.

You Will Have:

• Business development or sales experience in the travel industry
• Knowledge of UK, Ireland, or Nordics as destinations
• Strong commercial and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Additional languages a plus
