Cruise Manager (GTR1735)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel business looking to appoint a Cruise Manager to lead the next phase of growth in their Cruise Department. You will be involved in the exciting launch of a new bookable platform.

The Role:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cruise department, managing key commercial relationships, and supporting a team of Cruise Product Executives. This senior position plays a strategic role in shaping future cruise offerings, marketing plans, and agent partnerships.

You Will Have:

• Strong leadership and team management experience

• Solid commercial knowledge of the cruise industry

• A background in contracting and supplier management

• Proven ability to manage sales targets and improve margins

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, strategic mindset and hands-on approach

Additional Info:

• Senior management role reporting into the CEO and Business Development Manager

• Office based in London or Birmingham

• £30-35,000 (depending on experience) plus great benefits including generous annual leave entitlement

• Excellent opportunity to lead a high-impact product area
