Educational Travel Account Manager (GTR1741)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are partnering with a specialist Educational Travel Company who are recruiting an Educational Travel Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate, sales-driven Account Manager to join a growing team focused on delivering unforgettable school trips across Europe and beyond.

The Role:

As Educational Travel Account Manager, you'll create bespoke educational packages, manage key accounts, and grow sales through a consultative, relationship-led approach. This role combines client relationship management, sales, and occasional travel to visit schools. 

You Will Have:

• Experience in school group travel 

• Excellent relationship-building and client-facing skills

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to source and nurture leads

• Strong numerical and costing skills

• CRM experience (preferred)

• Sales and target-driven mindset

• Willingness to visit schools, and represent the brand confidently

Additional Info:

• Salary up to £32,000 plus commission

• Full-time, permanent contract
