Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award winning travel business who are recruiting a Guest Services Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and deliver exceptional customer support across multiple communication channels.
The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for guests, managing queries across phone, email, and social media. With a calm, empathetic approach and keen attention to detail, you'll ensure all communication reflects the brand's tone of voice, meets service standards, and supports issue resolution.
You Will Have:
• Customer service experience, ideally within the travel industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong letter writing and guest correspondence experience
• Empathy, discretion, and a calm, patient approach
• Proficiency with communication systems and software
• Ability to prioritise and adapt to varying workloads
• A collaborative mindset and confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Additional Info:
• Salary £23,850
• Excellent training given
• Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office in Essex (Thurrock) and 2 days working from home
• Wednesdays mandatory in the office
• Working pattern - 5 days across Monday-Saturday (0900-1730 Mon-Fri, 0900-1700 Sat)
