Head of Marketing & Growth | Hybrid | Berkshire | £65-70K

Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading travel company who are recruiting a Head of Marketing & Growth to join their team.

The Role:

As Head of Marketing & Growth, you will be responsible for devising and implementing their digital marketing strategy with the end goal for lead generation, improve conversion, and drive measurable commercial results, all while managing a small internal team.

You Will Have:

• Be a commercial driven, hand on Marketing professional
• A proven background in lead generation
• International experience, our client operates from the UK and Australia
• Strong analytical and data driven mindset
• Between 6 and 10 years experience of working in Marketing
• A good knowledge of PPC, Paid social, CRM, Email marketing and Website optimisation and conversion
• Leaderships experience
• Experience of working in the travel industry is essential for this role
• Knowledge of school travel or educational travel would be highly desirable

Additional Info:

• £65-70,000 basic salary
