Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a dynamic travel business who are recruiting a Head of Product to join their team.
The Role:
As Head of Product, you will lead the product management function, driving the vision, strategy, and performance of the company's product portfolio. You will identify market opportunities and ensure products deliver maximum value to customers while aligning with overall business goals. The role also involves managing and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering innovation, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
You Will Have:
• Thorough knowledge of product management and strong industry awareness
• Excellent organisational ability with a focus on delivering specific goals
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm and energy for the product
• Strategic mindset with proven experience in product vision and roadmap delivery
• Confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Additional Info:
• Salary circa £40,000 (depending on experience)
• Hybrid working model (either from London or Birmingham office)
