Luxury Sales & Operations Specialist | Hampshire | Office Based with hybrid flexibility | Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a luxury travel business who are recruiting a Luxury Sales & Operations Specialist to join their small team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in ultra-luxury travel and a genuine understanding of ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The Role:

As Luxury Sales & Operations Specialist, you will manage sales enquiries, build strong client relationships and oversee bespoke trips from initial enquiry through to departure, return and follow-up. You'll create tailored itineraries, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate every element of a client's trip, including private jets, ground transport, staffing, ski services, restaurants, spa treatments and events.

You Will Have:

• Previous experience arranging ultra-luxury travel for clients, with extensive knowledge of luxury destinations and ideally skiing

• Proven sales experience with exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• A creative, resourceful and solutions-focused approach

• Highly organised, proactive and confident working independently as well as part of a small, close-knit team

• Confidence handling financial data, budgets and producing accurate reports

• Strong CRM and systems experience

Additional Info:

• Generous salary dependent on experience plus performance-based bonus

• Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

• Office-based in East Hampshire, with one day per week working from home

• Evening and weekend availability may be required during peak periods

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
