Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel business. They are seeking a Reservations Administrator to join their operations team and support booking processes and provide customer service.
The Role:
Provide administrative support to the reservations team, including processing invoices, dispatching travel documents, rebooking services, handling booking changes, and communicating supplier amendments.
You Will Have:
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using Amadeus or Galileo
• Knowledge of global destinations and travel products
• Experience handling queries via phone and email
• Ability to manage booking queues and documentation
• Proactive attitude

• Office-based role in London or Birmingham (remote working also a possibility for the right candidate)
