Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading luxury travel group based in Chester, known for delivering tailor-made experiences across a portfolio of premium brands. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop their high-performing sales team.
The Role:
As Sales Manager, you'll work closely with the Head of Sales & Service to drive revenue, margin, and service excellence across two luxury travel brands. You'll lead a team of Travel Consultants, ensuring performance targets are met while maintaining outstanding service levels.
You Will Have:
- Proven experience in a travel sales leadership or team manager role
- Travel industry experience absolutely essential
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading a team with the ability to coach, motivate and develop individuals
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes and performance management
- Strong commercial acumen and data interpretation skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for customer service
Additional Info:
- Salary £35-40,000 depending on experience plus commission
- Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH
