Travel Agency Manager | Cheshire | circa £30,000 plus commission
Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding travel agency looking for a Travel Agency Manager to join their leadership team. This role will look after a brand-new store, offering full autonomy to make the branch successful.
The Role:
Set within an affluent area of Cheshire, the Travel Agency Manager will play a key role in the success of this new branch by working closely with local residents and becoming their go-to travel agency partner for luxury holidays. Sharing your worldwide destination knowledge, you will ensure the needs of customers are met in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor a small team of Travel Consultants.

You Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a travel agency setting
- Prior management experience (required for this role)
- Excellent worldwide knowledge across long-haul, short-haul, and cruise markets
- A consultative sales approach that is target- and results-driven
- The ambition to take the reins of this new branch
- Experience in marketing to local residents to generate new business
