Travel Consultant (GTR1745)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a travel business who are recruiting a Travel Consultant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a passionate travel company offering worldwide travel packages.

The Role:

As Travel Consultant, you'll engage with new and existing customers to help them book their dream holidays. From the first enquiry to securing the sale, you'll inspire, guide, and support travellers every step of the way, while working towards sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

You Will Have:

• Previous experience within the travel industry or a passion for travel

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• A confident, friendly telephone manner

• Strong IT skills and ability to manage multiple systems

• A good grasp of global geography

Additional Info:

• Basic salary plus uncapped commission circa £35,000

• Shifts patterns between 8:30am and 10:00pm (late shifts worked from home) and you will be required to work every other Saturday with a day off in lieu.
