Business Development Manager | Field Based | South / South West UK | Salary circa £40,000 plus bonuses Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an award-winning tour operator who are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their successful trade sales team. The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share across your territory, managing key travel agency accounts and building new business relationships across the UK travel trade. The role will also involve hosting training events, attending industry conferences, supporting fam trips, and delivering outstanding account management support to agency partners. This is a field-based role, ideally covering the South / South West region, with hybrid flexibility between home, the road, and occasional visits to head office in Cambridge.
