This full-time hybrid role, based in central London, involves managing the ticketing function using the Galileo GDS. The Role: As a Sales Support Executive, you will handle international and domestic flight bookings using Galileo, including ticket issuance, refunds, reissues, and managing schedule changes, requiring strong knowledge of fare rules and tour operator ticketing functions. You'll also be responsible for coordinating ground elements of customer itineraries, such as hotels, rail, car hire, and excursions.
