The Role:
As Guest Retention Assistant - CRM, you will help plan and send CRM email campaigns that keep customers engaged, encourage repeat bookings, and increase extra sales opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams while supporting scheduling, reporting, customer targeting, campaign admin, and supplier coordination to make sure campaigns run smoothly.
You Will Have:
• Some experience or strong interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention
