Sports Tours Consultant | Hybrid or Remote | Salary DOE Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading school travel specialist who are recruiting a Sports Tours Consultant to join their growing Sports Tours team. The Role: As Sports Tours Consultant, you will manage enquiries from schools, generate new business leads, and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for creating tailored sports tour itineraries worldwide, preparing detailed costings and quotations, and ensuring sales are successfully converted. You Will Have: • Previous experience in school sales (educational travel market experience essential)• Strong commercial awareness with a proven sales track record• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills• Target-driven, proactive, and resilient approach• Confidence presenting to schools and clients, both face-to-face and online• A genuine passion for travel and educational experiences Additional Info: • Competitive salary plus commission• Hybrid/Remote (with the requirement to attend Nottingham office monthly)• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)• Monday to Friday working week - no weekends!

The Role: As a Luxury Caribbean Travel Expert, you will manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to post-travel, delivering exceptional, tailor-made experiences. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client and supplier relationships, and using your first-hand destination knowledge to create high-end, bespoke itineraries across the Caribbean.
