The Role:
As Operations Executive, you will be the key link between international clients and a network of suppliers across Europe. You will manage the planning and delivery of group tours, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly. The role involves coordinating all aspects of tours from initial enquiry to departure, resolving client concerns efficiently, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional travel experiences.
Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with this leading Destination Management Company who are recruiting a UK General Manager to join their London team on a permanent basis.
As General Manager you will be collaborating closely with other members of the Leadership Team and be responsible for driving company strategy across all functions, with full P&L ownership for your region. You will manage 6-8 direct reports and a team of around 70 people.
Ideally, you will have over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, including at least 5-7 years in a senior management role.
