Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an award-winning travel company who are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected travel business and play a key role in driving sales and business growth.
The Role:
As Commercial Manager, you'll work closely with department heads to support strategic planning and deliver on commercial objectives. This is a hands-on and varied role with responsibility across pricing, campaigns, partnerships, and performance reporting.
You Will Have:
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Experience in a similar commercial, sales, or marketing role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach
• Ideally, a background in the travel industry
• The ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the Surrey office)
Additional Info:
• Salary £45,000
• 12-month maternity cover contract
• Hybrid working (3 days in Surrey office, 2 from home)
