Commercial Manager (GTR1801)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading travel business who are recruiting a Commercial Manager to join their team.

The Role:

As Commercial Manager, you will support the commercial strategy by analysing large data sets, building data models, and providing insight to drive key business decisions. You will forecast sales, margin, and capacity, work closely with leadership, and ensure commercial performance is aligned to business goals. This is a newly created position offering the chance to make the role your own and have a significant impact.

You Will Have:

• Experience in a similar Commercial Executive or Commercial Manager role within tour operations
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets
• Technical experience using PowerBI and SQL
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret data and present findings
• Ability to make commercially driven recommendations and influence business decisions
• Experience working closely with senior leadership teams

Additional Info:

• Salary £35-40,000 per annum
• Hybrid working model - 1 day per week in London post onboarding
