Customer Operations Coordinator | Hybrid | London | £29K + Bonus (OTE £34K)
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company who are recruiting a Customer Operations Coordinator to join their team.
The Role:
As Customer Operations Coordinator, you will support and coordinate a small Operations team to deliver best-in-class customer service through clear communication and accurate reservations and travel documentation. You will drive quality and efficiency across all areas of operations, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from start to finish.
A career path to Team Leader within 12 months is mapped out for the successful applicant.
You Will Have:
- Previous experience working in a travel operations team
- A passion for adventure travel - ski/winter sports would be great!
- Ambition, drive and a desire to progress into a supervisory role
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of each booking and customer communication
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Additional Info:
- £29,000 basic salary plus bonus (OTE £34,000)
- Hybrid working model - minimum 2 days in the office ideally on a Tuesday and Wednesday
- Weekend work required
- Shifts will be on a rota basis between 0900 and 1830.
