Educational Travel Consultant | Hybrid | London | £35-40,000 + Bonus (OTE £60-70K)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with this disruptor in the educational travel space, which, due to continued success, is looking for an Educational Travel Consultant to join its team.

The Role:

As an Educational Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing school partners, whilst also seeking out new partners to drive new business opportunities. This is a consultative sales role that requires traditional sales techniques, such as picking up the phone and building genuine relationships. With your combined passion for education and travel, you'll showcase our client's portfolio of products, inspiring teachers and students to be curious about the world.

You Will Have:

• An educational background; some sales experience would be advantageous, but a passion for travel and education is essential
• Some experience of managing international travel for students
• Ambition, a hunger for success, and the drive to be a proactive self-start 
• The desire to be successful and meet targets as this is a consultative sales role
• Excellent relationship building skills as this role is centred around relationships with school partners
• The confidence and ability to inspire and engage students when hosting assemblies with students

Additional Info:

• £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus bonus.
• Flexible hybrid working model - minimum of 3 days in the Shoreditch office
