Email Marketing Executive (GTR1809)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company who are recruiting an Email Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

As Email Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of all email marketing activity. You will create, test, and deploy B2C & B2B campaigns, manage automated journeys, and optimise campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis. Working closely with colleagues across Ecommerce, Marketing, and Product, you will ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, maintaining high standards of accuracy, creativity, and brand consistency.

You Will Have:

• 2+ years' experience in email marketing, ideally within travel or hospitality
• Hands-on experience using Klaviyo or a similar ESP
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging subject lines, headlines, and CTAs
• A good visual eye for selecting imagery and layouts to enhance storytelling and conversion
• Experience with segmentation, dynamic content, and personalisation
• Analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data, testing ideas, and making data-led recommendations
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Collaborative, curious, and proactive approach with strong attention to detail

Additional Info:

• Salary up to £36,000 (depending on experience)
