Group Senior Manager - Digital Products | Hybrid | Essex / WFH | Salary £60,000
Gecko Travel Recruitment are recruiting for a Group Senior Manager - Digital Products to join the digital team of this rapidly growing Travel business based in Essex.
The Role:
As Group Senior Manager - Digital Products, you will improve the website and digital experience, so it is user friendly and encourages more customers to book and return, managing everything from their first visit through to making a booking across all devices. You will prioritise what improvements are to be made with IT and other teams using data and testing, while managing a Digital Products Executive and working closely with Marketing, Commercial, Data, and external partners.
You Will Have:
• 7+ years' experience in B2C digital product, website, or digital experience management
• Proven leadership experience with line management responsibility
• Strong commercial focus with experience driving revenue, conversion, and customer engagement
• Experience with website optimisation, landing page development, and customer journey design
• Strong analytical skills with tools such as GA4, Power BI, and A/B testing platforms
• Experience managing digital roadmaps and delivering projects with IT/development teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to build business cases and secure investment for growth initiatives
