Group Senior Manager - Guest Retention | Hybrid | Purfleet / WFH | £60,000
Gecko Travel Recruitment are recruiting for a Group Senior Manager - Guest Retention to join a growing commercial team within a travel company in Essex.
The Role:
As Group Senior Manager - Guest Retention, you will be responsible for increasing repeat bookings and customer loyalty by leading CRM and lifecycle marketing activity across email, SMS, and other digital channels. You will use data and customer insight to create personalised campaigns and improve the customer journey, while working closely with other teams to make sure customers stay engaged and keep coming back.
You Will Have:
• 7+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention roles in a B2C environment
• Proven leadership experience with line management responsibility
• Strong experience driving customer lifetime value, repeat purchase, and engagement growth
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and data/automation tools
• Strong analytical skills using tools such as GA4 and Power BI
• Experience with segmentation, personalisation, and marketing automation
• Ability to design and optimise customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
