International Adventure Travel Manager (GTR1753)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with an Adventure Tour Operator based in London. They are looking for an International Adventure Travel Manager to join their expanding team to play a key role in the delivery of unforgettable adventure travel experiences.

The Role:

As International Adventure Travel Manager, you'll be responsible for managing logistics, liaising with international partners, and delivering exceptional experiences for travellers. You'll play a vital part in ensuring each challenge runs smoothly, from pre-departure to post-trip follow-up, while maintaining strong communication with suppliers, partners, and participants.

You Will Have:

• Experience working in the travel industry (e.g. travel agency, tour operations, or events)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A detail-oriented approach, with confidence working with data and documentation
• A customer-focused mindset and a calm, solution-driven approach
• A passion for travel, outdoor adventure, or sporting events

Additional Info:

• Salary: £32.5k - £35k, depending on experience
• Hybrid working - mostly remote with occasional days in the London office
• Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
