North America Travel Consultant | Hybrid | London | Salary £30-34,000 + Bonus

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a specialist tailor-made travel company who are recruiting a North America Travel Consultant to join their growing team.

The Role:

As North America Travel Consultant you will manage enquiries and convert sales for tailor-made holidays across North America, whilst delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. You will create detailed bespoke itineraries tailored to your clients' needs and work closely with Product, Marketing and Service teams, whilst continuously developing your destination knowledge through research and industry updates.

You Will Have:

• Previous experience selling North America as a destination
• 2-5 years' travel industry experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive and personable approach
• Experience within tailor-made or bespoke travel (beneficial but not essential)
• Experience living or travelling extensively within the Americas would be advantageous
