Gecko Travel Recruitment are exclusively working with a leading educational travel company, known for creating meaningful and memorable school trips. They are looking for a Regional School Travel Account Executive to cover the Manchester area and grow their presence within the region.
The Role:
As Regional School Travel Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with schools in your region, combining proactive sales and personalised account management. This is a field-based, term-time-only role, focused on understanding each school's unique needs and providing tailored travel solutions that support their educational goals.
You Will Have:
• Proven experience in sales (ideally within travel or education)
• A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
• Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• A self-motivated, target-driven attitude
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your sales pipeline independently
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally (and occasionally nationally)
Additional Info:
• Salary £25,000 plus commission plus performance bonus of up to £6,000 per year
• Term-time only position with 8 weeks annual leave which mostly needs to be taken in school holidays
