Sales Coordinator | Hybrid | London | £29K + Bonus (OTE £34K)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company who are recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

The Role:

As Sales Coordinator, you will support and coordinate a small team of Sales Consultants while driving your own sales performance, managing customer enquiries, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and ensuring high levels of customer service and conversion. A passion for ski or winter sports is essential to be considered for this role.

You Will Have:

• Proven experience in a target-driven sales environment (inbound and outbound)
• Passion for ski/winter sports (essential)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills with the ability to support and motivate others
• Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Competence with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability

Additional Info:

• £29,000 basic salary plus bonus (OTE £34,000)
• Hybrid working model - minimum 2 days in the office ideally on a Tuesday and Wednesday
• Training period will be fully office based
• Weekend work required
• Shifts will be on a rota basis between 0900 and 1830.
