Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to partner with a renowned tour operator seeking a Sales Support Executive. This full-time hybrid role, based in central London, involves managing the ticketing function using the Galileo GDS.

The Role:

As a Sales Support Executive, you will handle international and domestic flight bookings using Galileo, including ticket issuance, refunds, reissues, and managing schedule changes, requiring strong knowledge of fare rules and tour operator ticketing functions. You'll also be responsible for coordinating ground elements of customer itineraries, such as hotels, rail, car hire, and excursions.

You will have:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Ticketing/Flights department
  • Galileo GDS knowledge highly desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of airline fares
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Tour Operator experience would be preferred

Additional Info:

  • Hybrid working model - 3 days in London, 2 days working from home
  • Salary will depend on experience
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm or 10:00am to 18:30pm, working 1 Saturday in 3 with a day off in lieu
