Senior Operations & Sales Executive | Hybrid (Chiswick) | £35-40K

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a specialist ski tour operator who are recruiting a Senior Operations & Sales Executive to join their small team in London.

The Role:

As Senior Operations & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing all guest bookings and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-end ski travel experiences. This is a highly detail-focused role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate confidently with VIP clients. You will also become involved in sales and marketing activities as your product knowledge develops.

You Will Have:

• Experience in luxury travel
• Some experience with/or an understanding of skiing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage VIP clients
• A proactive, hands-on and highly organised approach
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong administration skills

Additional Info:

• Salary £35-40,000 depending on experience
• Based in the West London office for 9 months of the year (September - May), with hybrid working for 3 months of the year (June - August)
• Monday to Friday role with no weekend work
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (10 days to be taken in July & August due to seasonal peaks)
• Small team environment with exposure across operations, sales and marketing
