Travel and Touring Specialist (GTR1737)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading travel company in the music and entertainment industry to recruit a Travel and Touring Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to support global touring artists and deliver complex, high-level travel solutions.

The Role:

Plan and manage end-to-end travel for high-profile clients, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and VIP arrangements. You'll support complex reissues, last-minute changes, and bespoke tour requirements while delivering exceptional service and anticipating client needs.

You Will Have:

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within working with entertainment clients

• Proficiency with Galileo GDS

• Experience with ticket reissues, refunds, and complex bookings

• Ability to manage a portfolio of high-profile clients

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and client relationship management

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure in fast-paced environments

Additional Info:

• Salary £33-37,000 (depending on experience)

• Hybrid working model - 3 days in the London office and 2 days working from home

• Hours: 10am-6pm and 1 weekend every 12 weeks
