Wedding Planner (Part Time) (GTR1747)

Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a wedding travel company renowned for creating unforgettable destination weddings. They are now looking for a Wedding Planner (Part Time) to join their friendly and passionate team.

The Role:

As Wedding Planner, you will be the key point of contact for couples, guiding them through every step of their wedding journey after the initial sale. You will liaise with overseas suppliers, manage logistics and legal documentation, and deliver outstanding service, ensuring each couple feels confident, supported and excited throughout the process.

You Will Have:

• Previous experience in the wedding industry
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude and passion for weddings
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines
• Confidence using MS Office and general tech systems
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Additional Info:

• Salary £21,000 (based on 30 hour week) plus commission
• Hybrid working after 3-month probation (2 office days + 2 WFH + Friday off
• 23.5 days holiday including bank holidays and your birthday off
• Opportunity to travel to amazing European destinations and attend fam trips
• Occasional evening or Saturday morning calls required (from home)
