Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a well-established travel business who are recruiting a Ticketing Executive to join their Reservations Service Team. The Role: As Ticketing Executive, you will ensure tickets are issued accurately and on time, manage schedule changes efficiently, and provide support across the reservations team. You will monitor queues, process reissues and refunds, assist with fare queries, and ensure all ticketing deadlines and airline guidelines are met, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also be required to cover the emergency phone, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off dealing with calls from passengers who require urgent assistance.
