The Role:
As Operations Lead within Sports Event Hospitality, you will be responsible for delivering premium travel experiences for clients attending some of the world's biggest sporting events. You will coordinate travel packages from booking through to event delivery, managing hotels, transport, hospitality, ticketing and client communications to ensure every journey runs seamlessly. This role includes travelling to major sporting events to oversee on-site operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and represent the business in front of premium and high-net-worth clients.
Event Operations Manager | Office Based | Surrey | Package of circa £60,000

The Role:
As Event Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the smooth delivery of events, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a high-quality experience from start to finish. This is a senior, hands-on position where you'll also lead and support a team, drive operational improvements, and help maintain exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.
You Will Have:
• 4-5+ years' experience in travel, events, or operational roles (minimum 2 years in a senior/managerial position)• Proven experience managing and developing teams• Strong background in luxury, events, or high-end service environments• Experience dealing with overseas suppliers• Strong negotiation experience and project management skills• Confidence using systems, CRM platforms, and online tools• A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence a team
