The Role:
As Guest Retention Manager - Campaigns, you will create and send targeted email campaigns that keep customers engaged, encourage repeat bookings, and help grow revenue. You will use customer data to make sure the right messages go to the right people at the right time, and work with other teams to improve how campaigns perform.
You Will Have:
• 4+ years' experience in CRM or email marketing in a B2C environment
• Hands-on experience building and sending campaigns using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and personalisation
• Experience using A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Strong analytical skills with tools such as GA4 and Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with data to improve targeting and campaign results

The Role:
As Senior Tour Organiser, you will take ownership of end to end tour delivery, managing bespoke European cultural itineraries from initial enquiry through to final on-the-ground execution for a range of international client groups, while working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders. The role also includes tour leading, full financial responsibility for your programmes, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience throughout.
