Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning travel business who are recruiting a Campaign Marketing Manager to join their team for a maternity cover, fixed term contract.
The Role:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their marketing campaign calendar, whilst also overseeing email, direct mail, organic social, web content, promotions, copy, and CRM. This is a generalist marketing role.
You Will Have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing
Experience of working in a generalist marketing role covering on and offline marketing campaigns
Management experience of minimum 1 year
Strong content and copywriting skills
A passion for Ski or winter sports is essential for this role
Available to start latest November 2025 through to early 2027
Additional Info:
Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working: 3 days in London, 2 from home
22 days annual leave

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for website maintenance, SEO, data management - reporting and analysis, using GA4 and Tag Manager, implementing their CRO plan. Working closely with an agency on troubleshooting any website issues that occur, as well as building new web pages, landing pages and utilising knowledge of html.
You Will Have:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a digital marketing role
Intermediate to advanced SEO skills
Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush
Experience of managing a CMS (HTML highly desirable)
Delivery of their CRO plan to increase the time a customer is on their site
Data management and analysis using Google Looker Studio and Google Sheets
Intermediate knowledge of GA4 and TAG Manager
Travel industry experience, if not then a passion for it!
