Gecko Travel Recruitment are excited to be working with this wonderful tour operator who are seeking a Livechat Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. As Livechat Coordinator you will provide efficient, courteous, and prompt assistance to both new web visitors and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include answering questions about resorts and accommodations, fulfilling client requests, and generating holiday enquiries for our Account Managers. Previous experience in a customer service role within travel and first-class customer service skills are essential to be considered for this role.
