The role:
Managing enquiries generated by new and existing clients and travel agents across multiple channels (telephone, email, live-chat)
Matching travel experiences to client's individual needs
Developing a deep understanding of guests travel arrangements to understand and anticipate their needs and make suitable suggestions
Managing all aspects of client interaction throughout the customer journey until travel date
Proactively managing regular communication with guests and agents ensuring you follow up on all leads
You will have:
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar luxury travel sales role
Well travelled with a a genuine passion for travel
Deep understanding of the needs of luxury customers; an innate ability to deliver exceptional service
Ability to achieve monthly sales and service targets
Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to travel (sometimes at short notice)
Additional Information:
Salary £28,000 plus commission
Hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, and Saturdays 10am - 5pm on a rotational basis and Sundays 10am - 5pm (peak season)
